The price include 5 meetings for the affirmation of all interior components, such as: kitchen furniture, cabinet furniture, cushioned furniture, doors, partitions, cassette doors, ceiling light, chandeliers, sconces, sanitary ware, stone material, tiles, flooring, plinth, wall coverings, curtains, cornices, windowsills and other accessories. Each item pre-selected by the author according to design concept. In case of changing the design concept and reselection of items entail additional work such as the project correction, further meetings are charged separately by arrangement.

Technical specification of kitchen equipment, sanitary ware, air conditioning and ventilation system, multimedia system executed by supplier company and coordinate with the author of the design project.

Your project will supplemented with strictly individual design of cabinet and built-in furniture, wall decoration and flooring (individual pattern of Roman and Florentine mosaic development), room furniture, staircases, glazing, doors, partitions, stained glass ceiling domes, small architectural forms (for cottages and villas).

Each invention is created following individual drawings by supplier company (both Russian and foreign), which guarantees high quality of performance and the desired result.

Field supervision (Project Manager consultations)

The purpose of consultations is to match the actual design decisions and their implementation such as: harmony of the volume-spatial composition, coloristic scheme, selected finishing materials, lighting fixtures, furniture, sanitary ware – everything must comply to the general design and customer requirements. In addition, in case of some technical issues or/and planning divergence with the current situation in the course of work carried out by the builders, there must be a project correction (correction and delivery of new drawings) and finding new technical solutions for the further implementation of the project.

The consultatons does not include control over the list of used building materials, control over the correctness, consistency and quality of materials and execution of construction, finishing and installation works.

The quality and technical supervision of construction of the facility is controlled by:

a) contractor (in the name of the director, superintendent, foreman), conducting construction and finishing works at the facility, and ultimately giving a guarantee (on average, 1 year)

b) representatives of the Customer (in the face of the Building & Construction Lawyer - construction supervision, examination)

The representative of the firm-contractor and the customer's representative inspect and take all the stages of construction and finishing works throughout the construction period, including their sequence, as well as the installation of all equipment firms-contractor (general contractor).
